Delete your account

You can delete your OldGround community account and everything you posted at any time.

In the app

1. Open OldGround and go to Settings (the cog at the top of any tab).
2. Under Community, tap Delete my community account.
3. Confirm. Your account, username, posts, photos, comments, upvotes and reports are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@oldgroundapp.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 7 days and confirm by email.

Your maps, sites and finds stored on your phone aren't affected; deleting the app removes those.
